Kahn prides himself on a value system built around honesty, integrity, personal accountability, and excellence in the work he completes. Whilst completing his Bachelor of Business (BBus) at university, Kahn achieved the Dean’s Excellence Award and completed his entire university degree with a high-distinction average. While this highlights a clear commitment to consistently achieving high results, it also demonstrates his in-depth knowledge of the economy, marketing concepts, management theory, negotiation theory and business concepts more broadly.
Kahn’s work experience stems from a customer service background, expanding into eight years of sales and project coordination roles. Through such positions, Kahn has played an active part in the training and continuous development of employees to ensure a high level of customer service amongst staff. As such, he possesses the skills and experience required to build strong vendor relationships and deliver customer-centric sales solutions.
In a previous role, Kahn has worked as a project coordinator in the Australian Construction Industry, completing upgrades on Australian Defence Force sites around Tasmania. As such, he has unique building and construction knowledge, and a heightened understanding of the importance of delivering results efficiently and to the highest standard.
With family members operating businesses in the Hobart CBD, Kahn understands the benefit to the community that comes with delivering a high-quality service and the positive implications that has on his own sense of meaningful work. He is driven by the idea that he can make a positive change in a client’s life and does so by ensuring every sales process is seamless, efficient, and always orientated around achieving the best possible results under any given market conditions.
