Jemma began her real estate career in 2023, transitioning into the industry after gaining valuable experience in tourism and hospitality. Since joining Petrusma, she has worked as an assistant under one of Petrusma’s Senior Property Managers, gaining hands-on expertise across all facets of Property Management. She is now excited to manage her own portfolio as a Property Manager.
Having recently completed her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Jemma has strengthened her industry knowledge and reinforced her commitment to delivering professional, reliable, and trustworthy service. She looks forward to applying her skills and dedication to achieve outstanding outcomes for landlords, tenants, and colleagues in her new role.
Born and bred in Tasmania, Jemma is passionate about spending spare time on the water at her shack with family and friends, playing football, and supporting her beloved Geelong Cats and Jack Jumpers. This strong connection to her roots drives her grounded and motivated approach to both her career and community.
