Julian began his real estate career in 2006. He spent the ten years prior working in the hospitality industry which included three years at Jupiters Casino on the Gold Coast as a croupier / floor manager. This position involved dealing to a broad range of people including ‘high rollers’ and dealing in large sums of money to the weekend punter just out for an entertaining evening.
On returning to Tasmania Julian and his family opened up Gloria Jean’s coffee house at Eastlands Shopping Centre – the first venture into the state by Gloria Jean’s. This was followed eighteen months later by a second store in the Elizabeth Street Mall.
With this background, Julian has come to understand the importance of communication, and even more so with real estate.
Integrity, a strong work ethic and a determination created from his sporting background to always strive to get the best result possible from all situations has served Julian well in both his professional and personal life.
Along with his beautiful partner Jasmine, Julian has three very lively children; Gemma, Thomas and Summer.
Whilst Julian can no longer participate in sports due to injuries sustained over years of playing, he still enjoys watching and like many people has a keen interest in AFL and cricket, and in recent times has enjoyed the rise of the A-League.
Julian also enjoys working on his vegetable garden and has recently begun cooking a lot more using the herbs and vegies from his garden. He also enjoys sitting down to a coffee and a good book and relaxing, however he finds the most fun comes from watching his children develop and learn.
