Annie’s passion for property is contagious. She thrives on anything to do with property. With vendors, it is all about strategizing to achieve the best possible price for their property. With buyers, it is about walking beside them until they find their home. With her husband it is about dreaming and scheming around the family table about new projects.
Together with her husband she has renovated, built, strata titled properties, developed large and small subdivisions in both Sydney and Hobart.
Selling property began in 2009 when Annie joined the Petrusma team. It was the marrying of her passion for property to her other passion, which is people.
She began her professional life as an Occupational Therapist (Bach App Sc in OT) in Sydney and has continued to
develop outstanding interpersonal skills.
Her strength is in being able to meet people where they are at, help to identify their needs and goals and move on to solutions.
Annie and her husband have been married 37 years. They have three adult children, and five adorable grandchildren. Annie’s greatest pleasure is found in spending time with family, friends and her Cavoodle puppy “Jack”.
So much enjoyment is found in strategizing, designing, dreaming about the next project
be that a listing or a development. Her passion has been passed on to the next generation, with all her children buying and developing properties in Hobart.
