Professional Background | Gary has a background in nursing, having worked for over 12 years in a variety of roles in Western Australia. While in Perth he also started a successful commercial cleaning and property maintenance company. Gary oversaw the employment of all staff and the management of several subcontractors. After moving to Tasmania Gary spent time setting up and running a successful microbrewery in the suburb of Glenorchy. Most recently Gary spent time working as a pharmaceutical representative for Pfizer, discussing various health issues and working to achieve solutions with general practitioners, specialists, and other health care professionals.

Gary has purchased a number of homes and investment properties over the years himself. He also has extensive experience in renovating and developing and is currently renovating his home in New Town. Family | Gary has been happily married to his beautiful wife Brenda for 20 years and they have a gorgeous three year old son Felix. Gary and his family have lived locally in the Northern Suburbs area for over five years.

Hobbies & Interests | Gary enjoys playing with his son, especially taking him to tiny tots soccer and swimming lessons. Much of his time outside of this is taken up renovating his New Town home. A former goalkeeping tragic, Gary enjoys catching up on the latest soccer results from around the world, watching rugby and cricket, as well as taking immense pride in his fruit and vegetable garden.
