MANAGING DIRECTOR
Kevin commenced his working career in education having graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Master of Education Degree. In 1986, after 10 years of teaching, he began a career in business.
In 1988 Kevin was awarded a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Australia and has been working as a principal / shareholder in the business since that time. He has served as Managing Director of Petrusma Property for the past 7 years. He is an accredited state trainer and licensed auctioneer.
Kevin's energy, drive and passion for change have helped maintain the company's vision for the future. Not content with business success, Kevin is actively involved in serving his local community, as well as numerous global charity interests.
Kevin has been happily married to Sue for 33 years and they have 4 married children and 7 grandchildren. He loves all outdoor activities including bike riding and bush walking.
DIRECTOR
Ed is one of Tasmania's most respected real estate practitioners. He has over 37 years experience in the industry; including his role as a principal / shareholder in the business since 1984. Over the years Ed has served in various roles in the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania and his experience and knowledge of the real estate industry is second to none.
Ed has a passion for living life and enjoys motorcycle riding, fishing and scuba diving. He is also a fully licensed pilot and often flies competitively. Ed has been happily married to Tess for 37 years, has 2 adult children and 6 grandchildren.
COMPANY AMBASSADOR
Hank is the founding director of Hank Petrusma Real Estate and has worked in the real estate industry for nearly 40 years. Hank is a past president of the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania, a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Australia, and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
In his role as ambassador to Petrusma Property, Hank provides mentoring, training and guidance for consultants. Drawing on his extensive experience he helps ensure that Petrusma Property remains at the forefront of real estate in Tasmania.
Company Directors Ed ten Broeke and Kevin Towns along with Hank Petrusma have always maintained a strong friendship, and a shared passion for the buying and selling of property. For over 30 years they have revolutionized the way real estate is bought and sold in Tasmania. Whether through the original brand of Hank Petrusma Real Estate, or the expansion of the Nationwide Realty brand to 13 offices statewide.
In 2001 Ed, Kevin and Hank launched Petrusma & Partners Real Estate and in 2003, Kevin was appointed Managing Director.
In January 2009 Petrusma & Partners rebranded as Petrusma Property to embrace a fresh vision and on June 30 that same year, Hank Petrusma stepped aside as a director / shareholder to take on the role of company ambassador.
