Annie is a testament to the real estate profession. Her professional manner and integrity, together with her methodologies utilised in the sale of our family properties, were outstanding. When we engaged Annie as our agent we had faith from the outset that she would do an excellent job. However, we are thrilled to say that Annie did a job that far exceeded our expectations.
Annie’s sound professional advice enabled us to make informed decisions without any pressure. We always felt that we were in control and not being pushed in any particular direction. Her personality and humor is infectious and she knows how to treat clients with the utmost honesty and respect. As purchasers, Annie went out of her way to assist for a solution that was acceptable and fair to us and the vendors. Annie has proven expertise and a determination to provide exceptional professional service and results.
We have no hesitation in recommending Annie and we will be utilising her skills, knowledge and personal approach in the future.

When we decided to put our house on the market we contacted a number of people, both those we knew in the industry and those we didn’t. We wanted a guide, obviously on the price they believed we could get for our house, but also what sort of service they could offer us. From this process we selected Annie, whom we didn’t know, for the following reasons:
Annie is a great listener – she listened to what we wanted and took it all on board. She was empathetic to our needs and kept in continual contact with us. She did not hassle us about the price we were after, even though other agents believed we were aiming too high. She was very outgoing and enthusiastic, as well as being extremely friendly, honest and open. Annie was a pleasure to do business with, and most importantly, closed a successful sale.
Selling our home was made so easy with Annie’s help. The advice she gave us meant that we were able to present our home to its best advantage to our potential buyers. Annie’s communication throughout the process was excellent and all our questions answered and our concerns put to rest.
The sale of our home went so smoothly thanks to Annie’s great work. Her amazing people skills also put us, and everyone involved in the sale of our house, at ease. The whole process was a very smooth and easy accomplishment.
